Is that one of the guys from the cover of Pray Naked?
Good question, D (or whatever your real name just might be, my anonymous, 77's lovin' friend). However, this guy is a "naked Hindu holy man," in contrast to the partially-clothed guys on that album cover.
So he is naked, and presumably, as a holy man, he prays. Maybe he had to throw some britches on for the cover shoot?
